FY26 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) REQUESTS
Senator Fetterman’s NDAA forms for submitting budgetary and military construction funding requests are OPEN until 3 calendar days after the FY26 President’s Budget (PB) is released. NDAA policy and language requests are CLOSED. Additional details regarding the PB will be found here when published. Please note this deadline may be subject to change. We recommend you regularly check this page to ensure submissions are completed on time.
As a reminder, Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) projects are not eligible to be submitted to the NDAA. The NDAA exclusively pertains to relevant defense and military programming. For any questions, please email appropriations@fetterman.senate.gov.
